In a quiet coral garden lived a tiny purple octopus named Inky. His eight arms could change to any color.
Every day Inky painted the reef: red for the roses, yellow for the sand, blue for the water.
But the other sea creatures were plain gray. “We wish we had colors too,” they sighed.
Inky heard them. “I can share!” He touched the crab — poof! Crab turned bright red.
He touched the seahorse — yellow! The clownfish — orange stripes! Everyone became colorful.
Inky kept giving and giving until… his own arms turned soft gray.
The reef was the most beautiful ever, but Inky felt a little empty.
His friends saw. “You gave us everything!” They swam close and hugged him with fins and claws.
Suddenly — sparkle! All the love bounced back. Inky’s arms turned every color at once!
He became even brighter than before, because love had filled him up again.
