Detaily příběhu

Hello! This is Leo. Today, he is visiting the circus. But he doesn't see a normal circus; he sees a big, blue elephant holding a shiny gold trumpet with his trunk! This is Elly, the Trumpet Elephant.

First, Leo walks up to Elly. He learns about Music. Elly takes a deep breath and blows: Toot-toot-ta-da! The sound is loud and happy. It makes the ground shake a little bit under Leo's feet.

Next, Elly shows Leo her Trunk. Leo learns about Ability. A trunk is like a hand and a nose at the same time! Elly uses it to hold the trumpet and even to give Leo a gentle high-five.

Now, Leo wants to play too. Elly gives him a small Drum. Leo learns about Rhythm. Boom-ba-boom! Leo hits the drum, and Elly blows her trumpet. They are making a song together!

Suddenly, a group of Monkeys starts to dance. Leo learns about Dance. The monkeys hop and spin to the music. Leo realizes that music makes everyone want to move their bodies and smile.

Next, Elly plays a Low Note. Leo learns about Pitch. The sound is deep like a big growl: Honnnnk! Leo feels the vibration in his tummy. It sounds like a giant ship on the ocean.

Now, Elly plays a High Note. Leo learns about Lightness. The sound is thin and sharp like a little bird: Peep-peep! Leo tries to whistle back, and Elly wiggles her big ears in a happy way.

Suddenly, it starts to rain. But Elly doesn't stop! Leo learns about Persistence. They move under a big colorful tent. The sound of the rain on the tent is like a soft drum: Patter-patter-patter.

Elly plays a Lullaby. Leo learns about Quietness. The music becomes soft and slow. Even the noisy monkeys sit down to listen. Leo feels very calm and a little bit sleepy.

Now, the sun comes out again. Elly plays a Fast Song. Leo learns about Speed. They play faster and faster! Toot-toot-boom-boom! It is a big musical race, and everyone is laughing.

The show is almost over. Leo learns about Applause. He claps his hands: Clap, clap, clap! Elly bows her head and sprays a little water into the air to say "Thank you!"

Finally, it is time for Leo to go home. He learns about Talent. He realizes that everyone has something special they can do. He wants to learn to play the trumpet just like his big blue friend.

Leo’s musical adventure is finished. He tells his dad, "I want to be a musician!" He realized that Music is a Universal Language. If you could play an instrument with an animal, would you play the piano with a cat or the flute with a bird?
