פרטי סיפור

In a quirky land so green and gay, Lived Gloop Monster, glad each day. With crooked horns and fuzzy green, It hopped on legs so springy and keen.

A sticky tongue licked rocks with cheer, Big odd eyes blinked, oh so queer. Each word it spoke had a funny call, “Kala, kala,” it rang through all.

One morn its box was locked up tight, “Key’s gone, kala!” Gloop cried in fright.

To the tree it hopped with glee, “Wind took it, wind took it,” sighed the tree.

“Chase it, kala!” Gloop sped so fast, At the river—splash—it fell at last.

“Key sank, Key sank!” laughed the stream, “Fish it, kala!” Gloop tried its gleam.

Weeds snagged its tongue, no key in sight, “Dig now, kala!” it hopped with might. With horns it dug, mud flew so high, A fish popped up, “Bird took it!”—a cry.

“Climb up, kala!” Gloop scaled the peak, A bird held the key in its beak.

“Deep, kala!” Gloop groaned in despair, It pushed and freed the stones with care.

“Found it, kala!” it cheered so loud, Back to the box, it hopped so proud.

The lock popped open, candies shone, “Sweet, kala!” Gloop licked one alone.

Hop hop to sleep beneath the moon, Goodnight, Gloop dreamed, till noon.
