This is NianNian — kind and wise, With caring paws and sparkling eyes. He wears a crown and smiles so wide, “A vet I’ll be — I’ll heal with pride!”

He grabs his coat and doctor’s kit, A stethoscope that’s made to fit.

He checks a puppy’s tiny paw, Then calms a cat with gentle awe.

He wraps a bird’s wing, small and torn, And sings to rabbits newly born.

He counts the spots on one shy pup, Then gives a turtle water cup.

He whispers, “It’s okay, I’m near.” All animals feel safe and dear.

He scribbles notes and checks each chart, And listens closely to each heart.

He makes a bed for those who stay, With cozy lights and softest hay.

A kitten purrs and licks his cheek. “I’m healthy now!” she tries to speak.

“I heal with love, with care, with glee. I’m NianNian — a vet I’ll be!”
