As Max bounced down the path one day, He heard some music start to play!

He followed the sound through the trees, Listening to the melody on the breeze.

In a sunny clearing, what did he see? The Reptile Rock Band! As proud as can be!

A voice called out, “Come join the fun! We all play an instrument. Can you guess which one?

It has some strings you strum and play, It twangs and sings in a catchy way! What is it?

It’s the guitar! Gary Gecko plucks the strings so well! His sticky fingers cast a musical spell.

It has black and white keys in a long, straight row, Press them softly and hear the music flow! What is it?

It’s the piano! Kiki Komodo dances while she presses the keys Playing a tune with perfect ease.

Boom, bang, tap! A thunderous beat! You hit this with sticks or by pounding your feet! What is it?

It’s the drums! Iggy Iguana plays the drums with a tap-tap-thump! Drumming a beat that makes you want to jump.

These strings make a hum, deep and slow. It sets the rhythm to make the music flow. What is it?

It’s the bass! The bass guitar hums deep and proud, Chloe Chameleon really draws a crowd!

Max clapped along and tapped his feet, The Reptile Rock Band kept the beat!

The music stopped, the crowd gave a cheer, “Reptile Rock Band, please come back next year!”

Max waved goodbye with a giggling grin, “Next time, I’ll bring my triangle and join right in!”
