Barnaby, a giant as tall as three oak trees, felt a tickle, a rumble, a building BAZOOOM! He sneezed. A purple cloud burst from his nose. His house, once bright yellow, instantly turned a deep, royal violet.

Oh, Barnaby! His sneezes always painted things purple. But this time was different. This sneeze felt… huge. A giant, world-painting sneeze.

He felt another tickle. His eyes watered. "Oh no!" he boomed. He *must* sneeze quietly. But how? Just then, a tiny gnome with a fluffy red hat popped up. "I can help!" squeaked Pip, the gnome. "I'm very ticklish!"

Barnaby tried to hold it. His cheeks puffed out like big purple balloons. His chin quivered. Pip, brave as a blueberry, jiggled Barnaby's pinky toe. "Tee-hee!" giggled Barnaby, a tiny, almost silent sound. But a tiny, purple mist still floated out, changing a patch of grass into lavender fuzz.

Another tickle, bigger this time! A monster tickle! Barnaby swayed like a giant purple tree in a big wind. "I can't!" he groaned. Pip scampered up Barnaby's leg, his tiny fingers wiggling on Barnaby's knee. Barnaby shook with silent laughter. "Hee-hee-hee!" A small, shy purple puff escaped, painting a nearby sheep violet. The sheep just blinked.

The biggest tickle EVER came next! It zoomed up Barnaby's nose like a runaway train. His whole body vibrated. The world held its breath. "Ah… ah…" he started. Pip, with a mighty leap, bounced right off Barnaby's belly button! Barnaby burst into a fit of silent, shoulder-shaking giggles. His massive frame jiggled like jelly. No sound. No purple cloud. Just a soft, happy *hmph*.

The world stayed its usual colors. Barnaby had learned to sneeze silently, all thanks to a very ticklish gnome. He beamed, a giant happy grin stretching across his face.
