NianNian joins a magical moonlight race. He helps others instead of rushing. Though he finishes last, his kindness shines brightest. He wins the Light Award. A touching story showing that kindness is the truest victory.

One night, NianNian looked up at the moon. It was big and bright.

Suddenly, a golden light swirled. A ladder dropped from the stars.

NianNian climbed the ladder. It led to a glowing race track on the moon!

“Welcome to the Moonlight Race,” said a bunny in a helmet. “We race by light, not speed.”

“By light?” NianNian asked. “Yes,” the bunny smiled. “With kindness and joy.”

Other racers lined up: a squirrel, a fox, a glowing bird.

“Ready?” the moon said. “Shine bright!”

The race began. Each racer left a glowing trail behind them.

NianNian helped the fox when she tripped. His trail glowed even brighter.

The bird flew too fast and lost her way. NianNian called her back gently.

“Thank you,” said the bird. “You shine like a star.”

NianNian finished last… but his light was the brightest.

“You win the Light Award,” the moon beamed. “For kindness, not speed.”

NianNian floated back down the ladder. His crown sparkled in the starlight.

He looked at the moon and whispered, “Kindness is the fastest light.”
