In Sunshine Town, there lives a cute dog named Benben. The sun shines into the warm kitchen. Benben the dog sits at the dining table, leaning to one side, ready to eat.

After dinner, Benben went to the living room, turned on the TV, and lay on the floor casually watching TV.

Mom always said: "Benben, sit up straight, or you will suffer!" But Benben didn't care: "It's okay, Mom, I just want to be comfortable."

One day, the school held a sports meet and Ben Ben signed up for a running competition. He thought to himself, "I run so fast, the championship will definitely be mine!"

At the sports meeting, all contestants stood at the starting line, full of confidence and eager to try.

But it didn't run far before it felt something was wrong. Its body was shaking and its steps couldn't keep up. other small animals overtook Benben one after another. Benben watched the others running away and shouted anxiously.

Benben returned home dejectedly. When he opened the door, his mother was standing there to greet him.

In the living room, the mother asked distressedly: "What's wrong, baby?" Benben cried and said: "I lost the running competition. My body just wouldn't obey me while running." Benben sat on the sofa and cried to his mother about how he lost the competition.

The mother gently touched its head and said, "This is the consequence of sitting in an incorrect posture. Sitting crooked for a long time will cause your body bones to become crooked and you won't be able to use your strength." The mother patiently explained to Benben why his incorrect sitting posture led to his failure in the competition. Benben looked regretful.

After hearing this, Benben regretted his mistake very much. From then on, he always reminded himself to sit upright. Benben sat at the dining table to eat, trying to straighten his back and sit upright.
