Story Details

That morning, NianNian walked to school with his friend Bob, who had curly hair and a blue Backpack.

“We’re going over the Bridge today!” Bob said excitedly.

But when Bob jumped off a Bench, he heard a loud pop!

“Oh no! My backpack burst open!” Bob shouted.

Out tumbled a Ball, a box of Biscuits, and a Book.

“Don’t worry,” said NianNian. “I’ll help you pick everything up.”

As they gathered things, a small Bird landed on the book and tilted its head.

“That bird thinks your book is a nest!” Bob laughed.

NianNian found a Bandage in his kit and wrapped it gently around the zipper.

“Maybe I need a new bag…” Bob sighed.

“Or just a Big clip will do!” said NianNian, clipping it tight.

They crossed the Bridge together. “B is for Backpack, Ball, Bird, and Best friends!” Bob cheered.
