Story Details

This is NianNian — light on his feet, A crown on his head, his dream complete. “I want to play and feel the thrill, To learn and grow with every skill.”

He laces his shoes and joins the team, The grass is bright, the sky a dream. He kicks the ball, it flies, then drops — Not in the goal — but that’s how it starts!

He trains each day, he runs and turns, His legs get sore, his muscles burn. He dribbles left, he passes right, And keeps on going day and night.

One match he trips — he falls face-down, His teammates gasp, he drops his crown. But Coach just nods and says, “Stand tall — What matters most is giving all.”

He learns to cheer when friends do well, He helps them up when someone fell. He finds that soccer’s more than goals — It’s hearts and hands and hopeful souls.

Game day comes — the crowd is loud! His team is strong, the fans are proud. NianNian plays with calm and grace, Determined eyes, a joyful face.

The score is tied, just one more kick — The final chance, the moment’s quick! He takes a breath and swings his paw… The ball goes in — the crowd goes “Aww!”

But what he loves is not the score — It’s teamwork, trust, and something more. He writes: “To win is not the goal — It’s giving heart, it’s playing whole.”

He draws his team in red and blue, And writes, “Together, we broke through.” They laugh, they cheer, they hug, they sing — They learned that kindness wins everything.

“I’m NianNian — I play with soul. Through every pass, I find my role. I chase the ball, I fall, I start… But every time, I kick with heart.”
