Story Details

NianNian loves stories. NianNian is an orange cat with a golden crown and a royal outfit.

Today, NianNian visits a puppet show in Vietnam. He walks proudly with his crown shining in the sun.

The first puppet is made of wood. It is called wooden puppet. NianNian watches with curious eyes and waves his fluffy paw.

Then, NianNian sees water puppets dancing on the pond. He sits near the water, holding his cape to keep it dry.

The water puppets wear colorful costumes and splash water everywhere! NianNian laughs and jumps back as water sprays near his crown.

Next is stick puppets. They are moved with long sticks. NianNian tries holding a stick, almost poking his own tail!

Next is hand puppets. They are worn like gloves. NianNian wears one on his paw and makes it dance like a duck.

Shadow puppets make moving shadows on a white screen. NianNian hides behind the screen and plays with the lights.

NianNian claps and smiles. “I love Vietnamese puppets!” His crown sparkles as he jumps up with joy.
