Long ago, the Cat Kingdom was divided into seven lands. Each land had cats of different colors, and they quarreled every day.

From the West came Qin Shi Meow, a tiger-striped cat with eyes sharp as blades. He dreamed of peace—one law, one land, one heart.

“Too many kings, too many rules,” he said. “If we become one, no cat will ever fear again.”

He led his army of tiger-striped warriors. They marched across the meadows and rivers, bringing each land under one paw.

At last, the seven kingdoms became one. Qin Shi Meow stood on the Great Wall of Whiskers, and all cats bowed before him.

He built roads, temples, and great stone halls. Every cat followed the same laws. The world was quiet at last.

But as he walked through his silent city, Qin Shi Meow heard no laughter, no songs, only the sound of the wind.

He looked at the moon and whispered, “Have I brought peace… or silence?”

Then came a small stray cat, thin but bright-eyed. “Order without warmth,” she said, “is like a cage made of gold.”

Qin Shi Meow thought long and deep. The next morning, he opened all gates, and cats from every land danced together again.

He smiled. “The world is one,” he said, “when hearts can differ and still be kind.”

Then appeared Immortal Haki, the white cat sage. “Even emperors must learn this truth,” he said softly. “True unity begins not with power, but with compassion.”
