Story Details

In a quiet corner of Whiskeria, there lived a wise old cat named Zhuangzi Meow, who loved to nap beneath the bamboo trees.

Every morning, young kittens would gather around him. He would smile and say, “There’s more to the world than what you can see.”

One sunny afternoon, Zhuangzi Meow closed his eyes under the bamboo shade and drifted into a soft, sweet dream.

In his dream, he had become a bright butterfly-cat, his wings shining with all the colors of dawn.

He flew between blossoms and clouds, feeling the wind tickle his fur. For the first time, he felt truly light.

Then he saw something strange below — a cat sleeping peacefully beneath the bamboo trees.

He flew closer and gasped. That cat looked just like him!

The wind stirred, the blossoms scattered, and the dream began to fade.

Zhuangzi Meow woke under the bamboo, a butterfly resting on his nose.

The kittens ran to him and asked, “Master Zhuangzi Meow, what did you dream?”

Zhuangzi Meow smiled and said, “Maybe… we are all both cat and butterfly.”

And from the drifting light came Immortal Haki, the white cat sage. He whispered, “True freedom is not in wings or paws, but in the heart that knows peace.”
