Story Details

In a misty bamboo forest lived a round panda cub named Puffy. His fur was black and white like midnight snow.

Puffy loved to draw. Every day he dipped his paw in berry juice and painted on big leaves.

He wanted to paint the perfect bamboo—tall, green, and straight. “Just like the real ones!”

One morning he tripped—SPLASH! Berry juice flew everywhere. The leaf turned purple and orange!

“Oh no! It’s ruined!” Puffy cried. A tear rolled down his fluffy cheek.

A red butterfly landed. “It’s not ruined—it’s magical!” She fluttered around the colorful leaf.

Puffy looked again. The purple bamboo looked like twilight. The orange looked like sunrise.

He smiled and added yellow dots—fireflies! Blue swirls—mist! Pink spots—cherry blossoms!

His friends came: monkey, parrot, deer. “Wow! It’s the most beautiful bamboo ever!”

They hung the leaf on the tallest bamboo. Sunlight shone through—rainbow shadows danced on the ground.

More pandas brought leaves. Puffy taught them: “Splash! Swirl! Don’t be afraid!”

Soon the whole forest was covered in painted leaves—pink storms, golden moons, silver rivers.

Even on rainy days, the forest felt warm because of Puffy’s happy colors.

Puffy learned that perfect is boring—mistakes make the best surprises.

Every year, the pandas hold a “Splash Festival” to celebrate messy, happy art.

And the bamboo forest stays the most colorful place on earth, thanks to one little panda who spilled the paint.
