Story Details

Every morning, Timi woke up with a bright smile. His mommy always said, “Good habits make a good day.”

One Monday, Timi woke up late. He didn’t brush his teeth well. He didn’t fold his pajamas. He didn’t pack his school bag.

Timi rushed to school. But everything felt wrong. His hair was messy… And he couldn’t find his crayons.

During break, Grandma Kemi saw him sitting alone. “What’s wrong, Timi?” she asked. “I’m having a bad day,” he said softly.

Grandma Kemi smiled kindly. “My dear, when you start your day with good habits, everything becomes easier.”

The next morning, Timi woke up early. He made his bed neatly. He brushed his teeth until they sparkled.

He took his bath, dressed himself, and packed his school bag carefully. He even put his toys back in their box.

“Timi, you’re ready early!” Mommy said proudly. Timi felt happy and strong.

At school, everything went better. Timi found his crayons easily. He played kindly with his friends. His teacher smiled at him.

Timi said, “Good habits really do make good days.” And from that day on, Timi always tried his best each morning.
