Jilly the Jellyfish
Join Jilly the jellyfish on a gentle journey through the deep blue ocean. Discover the wonders of the underwater world through Jilly's eyes, from shimmering fish to calm sea turtles and the moon's reflection on the water.
The ocean is a huge, blue place. The water goes deep, deep down!
I am Jilly, a gentle jellyfish. I am mostly water, so I look almost clear!
Sometimes, I can gently glow in the dark water, like a soft, drifting light.
I have long, wavy tentacles that float and trail behind me in the current.
Little silver fish swim quickly around me. They like to watch me float!
I don't swim fast. I let the ocean current gently push me wherever it wants to go.
The sunlight from the top of the water makes the ocean look sparkly and bright.
A big, calm sea turtle swims past me. It is looking for soft plants to eat.
Way down below me is the ocean floor. It is covered in soft, pale sand and shells.
Look at the bubbles! They float up, up, up until they pop at the ocean surface.
At night, I see the moon’s reflection above me, like a shining coin on the water.
I am Jilly. I float and glow gently. The wide, blue ocean is a peaceful home.
