Story Details

The sky is bright. It is early morning, and the street is quiet.

I am Buddy, a big school bus! I am painted bright yellow so everyone can see me.

When I stop, my red and yellow lights flash. This tells cars to stop too!

Look! Children are waiting at the bus stop. They are ready to go to school.

The children climb up my big steps. They wave goodbye and find their seats.

Vroom! I drive slowly and carefully down the road. I must follow all the rules.

I drive past big green trees and tall houses. The world goes by very fast!

The children inside me are talking and laughing with their friends.

We arrived! I stop right in front of the big school building.

The children thank the driver and walk safely off my steps. Time for school!

After I take the children home, I go to the big garage to rest and get cleaned.

I am Buddy, the big school bus. I rest now, ready to see all my friends again tomorrow!
