Story Details

Hello! This is Jasper the little Bunny. Jasper loves to hop around the garden, but he only eats crunchy brown leaves. He needs to try some colors!

Jasper meets Rosie the Red Radish. "Try me!" she says. Red foods like Rosie the Radish and sweet Strawberries help keep our hearts strong!

Next, Jasper hops to meet Cory the Carrot. Orange foods like Cory and juicy Oranges help keep our eyes seeing clearly!

Jasper sees something sunny! It is Yolanda the Yellow Pepper. Yellow foods like Yolanda and bright Bananas give us energy to run and play!

Jasper meets a whole family of green friends! Broccoli, Peas, and Spinach. Green foods are like little superheroes for our tummy and make our bones strong!

Look at this deep color! It is Violet the Purple Grape. Purple foods like Violet and Blueberries help keep our brains smart and quick!

Rosie the Radish explains, "We all grow from the soil and need water and sunshine to be strong!" Eating them helps Jasper be strong too!

Jasper starts to realize that all the colors are fun! If he eats a red, an orange, and a green food, he is eating a Rainbow!

Foods feel different! The carrot is crunchy and makes a loud noise when he chews. The strawberry is soft and squishy.

Jasper tries a bite of the green broccoli. Mmm! It tastes much better than the boring brown leaves! Trying new foods can be a fun adventure!

Jasper fills his plate with all the colors: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, and Purple. A Rainbow Plate is the best way to be a healthy and happy bunny!

Now Jasper is strong and speedy! Eating all the colorful fruits and veggies gives him the energy to hop higher and run faster than ever before. What color will you eat today?
