Chef Charlie explains the difference. A Fruit usually has seeds inside and tastes sweet, like apples, bananas, and grapes.
A Vegetable is often a root, stem, or leaf, and usually isn't as sweet. Carrots, lettuce, and broccoli are vegetables.
Chef Charlie knows the secret to being healthy: Eat the Rainbow! Eating many different colors ensures we get all the vitamins we need.
