Barnaby, a giant with a booming sneeze but a tiny whisper, leaned over his colossal birthday cake. "Just a little breath," he mumbled, trying to blow out his candles.

WHOOSH! A whispery gust, soft as a butterfly's sigh, swept across the kingdom. Suddenly, towns became toy blocks, and people shrieked, no bigger than his thumbnail! Everything was miniature!

Barnaby gasped. His kingdom was now a dollhouse.

His best friend, Pip, a knight no bigger than Barnaby’s pinky, yelled, "You shrank us all! We need the 'un-shrink' potion! In the Whispering Woods!"

Barnaby trudged into the Whispering Woods, his footsteps shaking the ground like tiny earthquakes. The first giant mushroom he found was speckled red. “To find what you seek, a puzzle you must speak!” it boomed in a riddle.

Barnaby stammered, "Uh… what has an eye but cannot see?" The mushroom chuckled, "A needle!" It pointed a cap-tip deeper into the woods.

Next, he found a glowing, purple mushroom. “Another riddle, or no potion for you, dear fellow!” it sang. Barnaby, much louder this time, yelled, “What gets wet while drying?!” The mushroom giggled, “A towel!” It swiveled, pointing its glowing cap further in.

Finally, a colossal, rainbow-striped mushroom pulsed with light. "One more riddle, giant, and the potion is yours!" its voice echoed. Barnaby, with a mighty (but still quiet) roar, asked, "What is full of holes but still holds water?" The mushroom laughed, a deep, rumbling sound. "A sponge! You found it!"

From its base, a tiny, glittering vial popped out. Barnaby carefully picked it up. His whisper had caused big trouble, but his quiet brain saved the day!

He gently uncorked the potion, and a shimmering mist floated over his shrunken kingdom.
