She knew, deep down, this was special. Without a sound, she began to stitch it into the hems of clothes. No one knew. Not even a whisper.

First, she sewed a tiny bit into Farmer McGregor’s worn jacket. He always talked about his long-lost brother.

The next day, Farmer McGregor mumbled about needing new boots. He shuffled into town, bumped into a man selling shoes, and gasped!

It was his brother, Finn, who had moved away years ago! They hugged right there, amidst the dusty shoe boxes.

Next, Maya secretly threaded a piece into young Lily’s skirt. Lily loved drawing, but no one saw her art.

One sunny afternoon, Lily skipped to the park, her skirt hem catching the light.
