Qualifications

  • Experience in content editing, children’s literature, educational publishing, or storytelling, with a good understanding of age-appropriate language;

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content promotion methods, with the ability to leverage keyword and traffic data for topic planning;

Responsibilities

  • Lead Giggle Community Program: Develop and manage the end-to-end ambassador program, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking. Empower ambassadors to advocate for Giggle Academy.

You will go beyond solving gamification challenges—your mission is to improve the full user journey, from acquisition to long-term retention, through smart design, data insights, and experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for B2C user-facing features, with a focus on user acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention;
  • Analyze product and user behavior data to identify opportunities for improving activation, stickiness, and LTV;
  • Design and optimize gamification mechanics (e.g. rewards, leveling, missions) to support learning goals and user motivation;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, content, marketing, design, and data to ship high-quality features;
  • Lead product discovery through user research, competitor benchmarking, and experimentation;
  • Regularly report on key metrics and iterate based on insights and user feedback;

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably with B2C mobile products;

  • From concept to deployment, responsible for the end-to-end development of our MVP Android version, as well as adaptation on different models of devices.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Implement game mechanics, functionalities, and UI/UX elements according to design requirements to enhance user engagement and learning outcomes.

Requirements

  • Conduct user research and data analysis to ensure the interaction design is suitable for children of targeted age group.
  • Work closely with product, concept team and graphic designer to transform educational contents into visual representations.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering team to ensure the implementation meet the design requirements.
  • Stay updated with design trends and industry dynamics to continuously enhance design skills.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in product design, experience in children’s product is a plus.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and familiar with prototyping tools like Principle and Axure.
